3.1 General Communications

3.2 Text Message (SMS/MMS) Terms

• Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services
• Message frequency varies; transactional messages are sent as needed, promotional messages will not exceed 4 per month

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
